the BENEFITS of DETOXIFICATION

Getting the body to a healthy state and staying healthy requires quite bit of effort.  I have been researching essential oils and their therapeutic properties for awhile now, so when I come across some important information that is worth sharing I start/add to an article.  I research the facts/information and to tell all about it πŸ˜„πŸ˜„πŸ˜„πŸ˜„

The Source that I used to get this info,  is a book called “Ayurveda Bible”.  I’ve been reading about some methods of detoxification.  There are quite a bit, actually.  It is very specific about how to properly cleanse the body of toxins.  A good thorough cleansing process should be done twice per year.

So, here we go. 

First and foremost, is the PREPARATION. One way to do this is to follow a strict diet of easy to digest foods, such as:  fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds, flatbread, white meat, turkey, chicken or fish for 15-30 days.

The next step is to proceed with the actual DETOXIFICATION.  One of the ways which consists of detox tea for 30 days (REMEMBER:  only seep for UP TO 3 minutes in the beginning–working up to seeping longer/stronger teas, it can cause abdominal pain/etc. if the tea is TOO strong in the beginning) and even add lemon/lemon essential oil, if you would like.  Staying hydrated with water and illeminate coffee and sodas during this time of practice with detox tea is crucial.  Flushing out the bad stuff, means it must be replaced with the beneficial stuff.
